      JACKSON, ARMILDA - age 81, a resident of Oliver Springs, formerly of Coalfield, passed away Saturday,June 5, 1999. Preceded in death by her parents, Oliver Campbell and Ethel Brummett Campbell and by her husband, Clay W. Jackson. Survivors: sons, Terry Jackson and wife, Emma Dee, of Oliver Springs, Ronnie Jackson and wife, Chris, of Oliver Springs; grandchildren, Mark Jackson and wife, Joy, Rhonda Butler and husband, Chuck, Christi Simms and husband, Greg, all of Oliver Springs. Great-grandson, Clayton Levi Jackson of Oliver Springs; sister, Dorothy Jackson of Dayton, Ohio. Mrs. Jackson was born January 19, 1918 in Morgan County. Burial in the Estes Cemetery of Coalfield.       Armilda Jackson, 81, of Oliver Springs, died Saturday, June 5, 1999, at Roane Medical Center of Harriman after a long illness. Mrs. Jackson was a homemaker and member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Coalfield.
      She was born in Morgan County on Jan. 19, 1918, the daughter of Oliver Campbell and Ethel Brummett Campbell. She had been a lifelong resident of the area. She was the widow of Clay W. Jackson. Mrs. Jackson is survived by two sons, Terry Jackson and his wife, Emma Dee, and Ronnie Jackson and his wife, Chris, all of Oliver Springs; three grandchildren, Mark Jackson and his wife, Joy, Rhonda Butler and her husband, Chuck, and Christi Simms and her husband, Greg, all of Oliver Springs; one great-grandson, Clayton Levi Jackson of Oliver Springs; and her sister, Dorothy Jackson of Dayton, Ohio.
      The funeral will be at 8 tonight, June 7, in the chapel of Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs with the Rev. Floyd Powell and the Rev. Mack Smith officiating. Burial and graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 8, at Estes Cemetery of Coalfield. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
